Greening Nipissing is a charitable non-profit environmental, organization based in North Bay, Ontario. We were incorporated in 2002 and received our registered charitable status in 2009. We are dedicated to educating and encouraging community members to make changes to improve the quality of our environment. We promote innovative, community driven solutions, and practical ecological household solutions which we believe, will make our community a greener place.
Greening Nipissing is a member of Green Communities Canada (GCC). There are roughly 40 GCC members. Being part of a larger whole, allows us to take on projects that work well in similar communities and have access to a broad knowledge base and expertise on a variety of subjects.
