My background is in Environmental Management and International Development, I have a passion to travel and meet new people. My love for nature and conserving the environment comes from my beliefs in humanity and unity – if our earth is not healthy, than nor are the people. Valuing individuals around the world and the environment for which they live is vital. As John Muir says: “When one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world.” I have recently begun my position here with Greening Nipissing, I am very excited and motivated to be working with the great community of North Bay . I believe that this world will change by the small differences that individuals make in communities like our own. All of us need to consider this and step forward, take action and create change for the future.
